How to Contact Ascended Masters?

Learning how to contact Ascended Masters is a skill that can dramatically accelerate your spiritual growth. It can be done through meditation, channeling, or Sacred Initiations from Mystery Schools.

Working as a channel for the last ten years, I have been working closely with Ascended Masters and many other light beings within our Mystery School to help people accelerate their spiritual growth.

I have experimented with many techniques to learn how to connect with the Ascended Masters and other beings of light, and in this article, I will share the most effective ones you can follow:

1. Meditation

Meditation is one of the simplest ways to connect with the Ascended Masters. You may use the following technique regularly to deepen your connection with a specific master or connect with them when you need some guidance on your path.

Ascended Masters are always happy and eager to support us on our self-remembrance journey and provide us with all the necessary healing energies and insights to accelerate our growth.

Remember that it is their mission to help humanity transform shadow into light, and in this regard, they are always ready to serve us.

It is also essential to know that they have the greatest admiration for us humans who are still experimenting with the cycles of life and death, and they know how challenging life on Earth can be.

How to Contact Ascended Masters Through Meditation?

1. Find a comfortable and quiet space in your home or nature.
2. Prepare a sacred space with candles, crystals, incense, or any sacred objects.
3. Sit or lie down comfortably to keep your body as still as possible.
4. Use a blanket and a pillow to be more comfortable. 
5. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths until you feel totally relaxed.
6. If your mind is busy, just observe it calmly and let the thoughts pass by like clouds in your inner sky.
7. Once you feel at peace, set the intention to connect with the Ascended master of your choice. It can be as simple as “I call in Sananda to join me today.”
8. Once you call in the Ascended Master, observe any change in your experience. It can be a sensation, a feeling, a vision, or some thoughts.
9. Don’t forget to welcome the Ascended Master and send them as much gratitude and love as a welcome gift. These greetings will dramatically strengthen your connection as they will feel the trust and faith you are emanating from your heart.
10. When you feel the connection with the Ascended Master, you may ask for guidance, support, healing, or answers to specific questions.
11. You may receive clear answers in your mind or clear visuals of the Master working with you; remember to just surrender to the process and trust.
12. When you are first starting to connect with Ascended Masters or light beings, the mind can easily get in the way and start doubting the truth of the experience; it is a normal process.
13. Enjoy the connection and stay as long as you feel in these energies to nourish your being. 
14. Once you have finished communicating, come back to the sensations of your body, open your eyes, drink some water and take some time to ground these highly transformative energies.

2. Channeling

Channeling is the process of receiving information from other dimensions through your body and mind. 

As human beings, our minds are designed like radios, able to receive and transmit frequencies from other realms, if we know how to tune into these.

I have developed my channeling gifts for years and connected with various beings and energies from other dimensions. I have playfully channeled planets, elementals, crystals, plants, gods and goddesses, angels, Ascended Masters, or light beings from other galaxies.

Once you open your channel, it is truly limitless how you can use this gift to connect and receive wisdom and healing from any place and being.

Remember that channeling is a gift everyone can open with some practice. We must first learn to clear and focus our minds to channel energies or messages from other dimensions.

Also, once your “channel” is open, you may use it in different ways. Some channels will write down what they receive on a journal or a computer; some will paint, sing, create music, or dance.

You can use your channeling abilities to expand any creative process and give it strength and power.

How to Contact Ascended Masters Through Channeling?

1. Find a quiet space in your home or nature.
2. Prepare your sacred space with candles, crystals, incense, or any objects that bring a sense of sacredness.
3. Find the medium you wish to channel on; it can be a journal, a computer, a canvas, a musical instrument, or any other creative medium.
4. Close your eyes and set your intention to connect with the Ascended Master of your choice; it can be as easy as “I call in Lady Mary Magdalene to join me now.”
5. Don’t forget to welcome the Ascended Master and send as much gratitude and love as a welcome gift. It will dramatically strengthen the connection as they will feel the trust and faith you are emanating from your heart.
6. Share your question, wish, or intention with the Ascended Master.
7. If you feel confident with writing, start taking notes of whatever comes to mind. When you begin with channeled writing, you may have doubts that you are making this up, but this is part of the process. Just trust and write to strengthen your channel and connection with the Ascended Master.
8. If you wish to experiment with other mediums like painting, pottery, or music, follow the same process and trust that the Ascended Master now guides all your movements and decisions.
9. Don’t forget: the more you trust, the deeper the connection and the clearer your channel becomes.
10. As you practice channeling more and more, you will start to get used to specific Ascended Masters, and you will develop a special relationship that will open in time as your channel opens.

3. Sacred Initiations from Mystery Schools

Another way to connect with the Ascended Masters is to receive initiations through a channel who can help you to interact directly with beings of Light on a whole new level.
